The device i.e. circular rod (10), has an inner circumference portion (11) and an external periphery (13) formed in circular regions (12, 14). An inner region of the rod is designed as a hollow structure. The rod is fastened with two ends of a vehicle wall or a furniture wall. A bottom region (15) is arranged in a stiffener region (20) in a fixed state. The rod is partially protruded from a circular path of the circular regions to the inner circumference portion and/or the external periphery of the rod. The rod is welded in the stiffener region. A stopper is radially fed in the rod.
