PURPOSE: An assembling device for a cam shaft is provided to improve accuracy in assembling a cam and a shaft by absorbing the axial deformation of the cam or the shaft when the shaft is inserted in the cam. CONSTITUTION: An assembling device for a cam shaft comprises fixing units(610,620,630), a driving unit(510), and a lifting unit(520). The fixing units hold a cam(10) with a through hole. The driving unit holds a shaft(20) and moves up and down so that the shaft is inserted in the through hole, and the driving unit rotates the shaft. The lifting unit is moved up and down in order to support the bottom of the shaft.
