<p>A rechargeable card manufacturing method demanding to identify manufacturing authority and a device thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: establishing the resource of the rechargeable card, and marking manufacturing status of the resource of the rechargeable card (S202); presetting a serial number of an operator permitted to manufacture cards (S204); determining that the serial number of the present operator is the same as the preset serial number and the manufacturing status is unmanufactured (S206); creating an card manufacturing file (S208); downloading the card manufacturing file to the rechargeable card (S210). The method and the device thereof ensure the operator to deal with the card manufacturing file created by his own manufacturing operation, and an identical batch of rechargeable cards may be manufactured only once.</p> |
