<p>A ladle lifting device lifted by hydraulic cylinders includes a lifting frame (1), hooks and hooking fittings (2), hydraulic cylinders (4), guide brackets (5) and mounting supports (3). The lifting frame (1) consists of a frame body (101) and guide pulleys (102), the hooks and hooking fittings (2) are respectively hinged on the middle part of the crossbeams on either side of the frame body (101), and the guide pulleys (102) are mounted on either end of the crossbeams of the frame body (101). Each of hooks consists of a plate hook (201) formed by multilayer steel plates mutually stacked and is rotatably connected to the crossbeam of the lifting frame (1) by a pin roll, and each of hooking fittings is rotatably hinged to the hook to realize the hooking and unhooking between the hook and the trunnion of the ladle. One end of each of four hydraulic cylinders (4) is joined with the mounting support (3), and the other end is hinged to one end of the crossbeam of the lifting frame (1). The device is simple in structure, safe and reliable to operate and low in production cost. The device realizes stable movement and convenient speed adjustment process while lifting the ladle. The device can also realize the lifting of the ladle during power failure accident. The hydraulic cylinders are convenient to install and disassemble.</p> |
