<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system and a terminal installation table which realize a remote conference with a scene of realism at lower costs. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving from a user an operation instruction on the terminal installation table 10, a remote-side terminal 3 transmits a remote operation command according to the operation instruction to a conference-side terminal 5. The conference-side terminal 5 receives the remote operation command from the remote-side terminal 3 and transmits the remote operation command to the terminal installation table 10.
