<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inosine-5'-monophosphate derivative which has higher immunostimulatory capacity, is more stable and has resistance to 5'-nucleotidase. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the method for producing inosine-5'-monophosphate or its derivative having resistance to 5'-nucleotidase, the method chemically denaturalizes inosine-5'-monophosphate to a compound expressed by formula (I) and holds the biological activity of the inosine-5'-monophosphate in the living body (In the formula, R is selected from a group composed of alkyl, alkoxy and the second amino compound.). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
