<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, a navigation device, a navigation server, a navigation method, and a program which are capable of performing quick navigation in an off-route state by previously acquiring alternative routes from a junction point such as a cross-point and a guidance point on a guide route. <P>SOLUTION: A navigation server searches a guide route and extracts a junction point on the guide route, and then searches alternative routes from the junction point to a destination point. A navigation device receives guide route data and alternative route data which are transmitted from the navigation server, and determines whether or not the present position exists on the alternative routes by performing the route guidance based on the guide route data. When it is determined that the present position exists on the alternative routes, the navigation device sets alternative route data of the alternate routes as new guide route data, and performs the route guide based on the guide route data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
