<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device of vehicle, which can perform strong attention evocation for pedestrians or the like and which can be inexpensively constituted. <P>SOLUTION: A warning device 1 of vehicle has at least a motor as a driving source, and in the warning device 1, movement speed can be reduced by operating brake mechanism by stepping on a brake pedal 2. The warning device 1 includes a warning mechanism 3 generating warning sound toward the outside of the vehicle when the brake pedal 2 is stepped.
