PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete update confirmation work more quickly than before.

SOLUTION: A firmware update jig comprises: first receiving means for receiving an update file of firmware transmitted by a personal computer; a plurality of first transmission means for transmitting the received update file and a version confirmation request signal to a plurality of external devices; a plurality of second receiving means for respectively receiving a plurality of version confirmation request signals transmitted by the external devices; and second transmission means for transmitting the plurality of the version confirmation signals sequentially to the personal computer.
