<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of complexity of a structure and an increase in cost due to the fact that an upper cushion insert and an upper mold must be replaced when the upper mold is replaced, and a lower cushion insert and a lower mold must be replaced when the lower mold is replaced in a conventional mold device. <P>SOLUTION: The mold device comprises: an upper mold fixing device D attached to a rear surface of an upper master common member F and formed in a U-shape in a planar view with its open part formed on a working position side of a worker, including an upper mold fixing member 4 while guiding and allowing insertion of an upper mold B from the open part and a turning member 5 blocking the open part in a state of inserting the upper mold and bringing the upper mold into a fixed state; and a lower mold fixing device C attached to an upper surface of a lower master common member E, including a lower mold fixing member 1 while guiding and allowing insertion of a lower mold A, and a turning member 2 blocking an open part of the lower mold fixing member in a state of inserting the lower mold and bringing the lower mold into a fixed state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
