<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a size-adjustable overshoe snugly fitting to a shoe of various sizes, easily put on and taken off, and slip-resistant, safe, and excellent in waterproofness/antifouling property. <P>SOLUTION: A sole portion 2 receiving the bottom of a shoe S by the upper face and a cylindrical shoe surrounding portion 3 in which the sole portion and the lower end side are continuous over the entire circumference in a manner rising nearly vertically from the peripheral edge of the sole portion, are integrally formed of a rubber material easily deformable elastically, wherein the shoe surrounding portion 3 is suppressed in elongation in the circumferential direction of the upper end part by means of an extension/contraction suppressing rib (extension/contraction suppressing portion) 5. Further, on the toe side and the heel side across a corrugation (easily extending/contracting portion) 4 of the bottom face of the sole portion 2, there is formed a tread pattern formed of a plurality of projections having a flat lower face. In at least a part of the lower face of the projections forming the tread pattern, a felt material 9 is fixed that absorbs oily portion on the walking surface to make the overshoe slip-resistant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
