<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substation monitoring controller equipped with a substation centralized monitoring control panel comprising a general purpose computer, capable of coping with a situation in which the general purpose computer has failed. <P>SOLUTION: Two general purpose computers containing a monitor are equipped with first, second, and third input/output terminals. In the first general purpose computer, the first input/output terminal is connected to a relay device by way of a second channel, the second input/output terminal is connected to the second input/output terminal of the second general purpose computer, and the third input/output terminal is connected to a peripheral device. In the second general purpose computer, the first and third input/output terminals are not connected, the entire power system of a substation is displayed, along with a power apparatus, on the second monitor connected to the second general purpose computer, and a part of the power system of the substation is magnified and displayed, along with the power apparatus, on the first monitor connected to the first general purpose computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
