METHOD AND FACILITY FOR EVALUATING EARTHQUAKE-PROOF SAFETY OF STORAGE CONTAINER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a safety evaluation method for evaluating safety under a suitable condition in the case of analyzing action of a storage container when external force is applied to the storage container in a non-fixed state.

SOLUTION: In the earthquake-proof safety evaluation method of a storage container which stores radioactive substances and is fixed on a non-fixed frame, an analytical model for the storage container including the frame is created, floating quantity when external force such as an earthquake load is applied to the storage container is calculated, and the safety is evaluated based on the calculated floating quantity.
