A method for terminal access and a wireless communication network are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: after a first terminal accesses in the wireless communication network, the wireless communication network saves the first context information corresponding to the first identifier of the first terminal; the wireless communication network receives an access request information from a second terminal, wherein the access request information carries the second identifier of the second terminal; the wireless communication network constructs a second context information for the second terminal according to the first identifier, the first context information and the second identifier; the wireless communication network implements the second terminal access according to the second context information. The repeat construction of the same information in context information can be avoided by the present invention, so that the non-data service cost of the wireless communication network is reduced.
