SUBNET PROTECTION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSPORT MULTI-PROTOCOL LABEL SWITCHING (TMPLS) NETWORK

The present invention discloses a subnet protection method for Transport Multi-Protocol Label Switching (TMPLS) network. The method includes the following steps: separately configuring subnet protection sets in two directions for intermediate node devices to be protected between two terminal devices (101); judging the work state of work tunnel links of subnet protection sets in two directions (102), and transmitting service data via the work tunnel links of subnet protection sets in two directions (103b) if the work tunnel links of subnet protection sets in two directions are normal; switching the service to protection tunnel links of subnet protection sets in the same direction (103a) if the work tunnel links of subnet protection sets in two directions are abnormal. The present invention also discloses a subnet protection device for TMPLS network. The application of the method and the device not only enable realizing bidirectional Label-Switched Path (LSP) protection of a node device tunnel, but also detailed protection of the work tunnel links.
