PHOTOVOLTAIC CELL MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: A photovoltaic cell manufacture is provided to reduce production cost by forming an emitter and a buried electrode selectively through a nano printing technique. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate, having a first surface and a second surface facing with the first surface, is provided(102). A first doped region is formed in the first surface of the semiconductor substrate(104). A trench which is extended from the first surface to the inside of the semiconductor is formed in the semiconductor substrate. A second doping region, having higher doping concentration than the first doping region, is formed in the trench. The trench is filled with a conductive material(110).
