PURPOSE: A system for restoring image error through data hidden is provided to restore image content by inserting block description information into the other block. CONSTITUTION: A block disassembling unit(110) disassembles an original image into one or more blocks. A BDI(Block Description Information) generator(130) generates block description information about one or more blocks. A BDI insertion unit(140) inserts the generated BDI into the other block except a restored block. A providing video generator(150) generates providing video content by combining one or more blocks in which block description information is inserted.
