ANTICAKING AGENT MADE OF RICE FIBER EXTRACTED FROM DEFATTED RICE BRAN

PURPOSE: An anti-caking agent is provided to replace a conventional inorganic anti-caking agent, and to offer the excellent anti-caking function by being mixed with food additives. CONSTITUTION: An anti-caking agent contains 0.1-10% of rice dietary fibers extracted from defatted rice bran. The anti-caking agent is obtained by the following steps: producing rice bran pellets using rice bran; removing fat from the rice bran pellets to obtain defatted rice bran; extracting protein from the defatted rice bran to obtain the rice dietary fibers; milling the rice dietary fibers before roasting; and finely crushing the roasted rice dietary fibers.
