INERT GAS PURGING SYSTEM FOR AN ORC HEAT RECOVERY BOILER

PURPOSE: An inert gas purging system for an organic rankine cycle heat recovery boiler is provided to inject inert gas into an exhaust gas duct in order to cool a heat recovery boiler and dilute a leaking fluid. CONSTITUTION: An organic rankine cycle heat recovery boiler comprises a valve system(66) and an inert gas purging system(72). The valve system is formed to be switched between a waste-heat recovery position and a bypass position. In the waste-heat recovery position, the valve system conducts exhaust gas(38) to pass through the inner cavity(60) of an engine exhaust part(28). In the bypass position, the valve system conducts the exhaust gas to pass through a bypass duct(46) separated from a heat recovery boiler(40) arranged in the inner cavity. The inert gas purging system injects inert gas to the inner cavity and discharges the remaining exhaust gas from the inner cavity.
