PURPOSE: A variable compression ratio device is provided to improve the durability of the link members by delivering the combustion power of mixer to a connecting load. CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio device comprises a connecting rod(20), an eccentric bearing link(30), a swinging link(40), a variable link(50), and a control axis(60). The connecting rod is transmitted the combustion power from a piston(10) and transfers to a crank shaft. The crank shaft is made eccentric in both ends of the connecting rod to rotate. Both ends are connected to an eccentric bearing(32) of the eccentric bearing link. The eccentric bearing is inserted in a mounting hole of the connecting rod in concentric. The second gear teeth are meshed with the first gear teeth.
