<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requests of the reduction of the size and weight of a window plate elevating and moving mechanism, while improving wiping performance of a window plate by a seal lip. <P>SOLUTION: When the window plate 13 is moved downward, the seal lip 29 is brought into sliding contact with the window plate 13 since rotation of a seal supporting rod 28 is prevented so that the seal lip 29 in contact with the window plate 13 is not rotationally moved downward, by a one-direction rotary joint (not shown). When the window plate 13 is moved upward, the seal lip 29 is brought into rolling contact with the window plate 13 since rotation of the seal supporting rod 28 is allowed so that the seal lip 29 in contact with the window plate 13 is rotationally moved upward, by the one-direction rotary joint. Accordingly, frictional force (rolling frictional force) generated between the seal lip 29 and the window plate 13 when the window plate 13 is moved upward is made smaller than frictional force (sliding frictional force) generated between the seal lip 29 and the window plate 13 when the window plate 13 is moved downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
