<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device and a wireless communication system that can improve the receiving sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: For example, two duplexers DPX_3A and DPX_3B, and two low-noise amplifier circuits LNA_3A and LNA_3B are provided. A transmitting band in a communication standard is divided into low-side and high-side transmitting bands to be used. A receiving band in the communication standard is divided into low-side and high-side receiving bands to be used. The DPX_3A uses the low-side transmitting band and the low-side receiving band as a passband. The DPX_3B uses the high-side transmitting band and the high-side receiving band as a passband. A receiving signal from the DPX_3A and a receiving signal from the DPX_3B are amplified by the LNA_3A and the LNA_3B provided so as to correspond to those respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
