FORMING METHOD OF ELECTRODE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLAR CELL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of an electrode and a manufacturing method of a solar cell using the same capable of reducing the resistance of the electrode.

SOLUTION: The forming method of the electrode includes the following steps: a step where a conductive paste is applied onto a substrate; a step where the conductive paste is dried or heated at a low temperature to form a metal layer; and a step where the metal layer is heat-treated by Joule heating of the metal layer by applying an electric field to the metal layer.
