<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor wire soldering apparatus and method capable of carrying out efficient soldering work by preventing conductor wire soldering work process from getting complicated, as well as a conductor wire supplying apparatus and a solar cell manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor wire soldering apparatus comprises a tip 43 which is ultrasonically oscillated by a vibrator 48 and heated by heating means 44 and a delivery unit 53 by which a conductor wire 18 is drawn out. The conductor wire 18 drawn out by the delivery unit 53 is pressed against a base material 1 by the tip 43, and the tip 43 has its position changed in the wiring direction relative to the base material 1, whereby the conductor wire 18 is soldered to the base material 1. In this conductor wire soldering apparatus, the conductor wire 18 drawn out by the delivery unit 53 has coating of solder applied to its surface in advance, and the solder coated on the conductor wire 18 is melted by the tip 43, whereby the conductor wire 18 is soldered to the base material 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
