PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thin-film solar cell that suppresses damage to an electrode of a photoelectric conversion portion during groove formation processing for separating a back electrode even when a film substrate having high light transmissivity is used.
SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the thin-film solar cell uses a laser for the groove formation processing for separating the photoelectric conversion portion of the thin-film solar cell, and employs non-optical processing means for groove formation processing of the back electrode. Consequently, the thin-film solar cell can be produced in a high yield.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
