<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a piping part which has corrosion resistance easily and in a short time by a sheet material. <P>SOLUTION: An ultraviolet effect resin which has adhesion is stretched and a first ultraviolet curing resin layer 2 of a predetermined thickness is formed, a first glass fiber mat 3 is laid on the first ultraviolet curing resin layer 2, an ultraviolet curing resin which has adhesion is applied on the first glass fiber mat 3 and a second ultraviolet curing resin layer 4 of a predetermined thickness is formed, a second glass fiber mat 5 is laid on the second ultraviolet resin layer 4, an ultraviolet curing resin which has adhesion is applied on the second glass fiber mat 5 and a third ultraviolet curing resin layer 6 of a predetermined thickness is formed, and thereby a sheet material 1 is formed.
