<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture fluidized soil by effectively utilizing soil. <P>SOLUTION: A slurry tank 66, which stores slurry supplied from a slurry production device 64 and has a bottom opening 83 at around a bottom thereof and an overflow opening 84 at an upper part thereof, is positioned above a fluidization process device 70. The slurry inside the slurry tank 66 is mixed by an upward current from the bottom of the tank by introducing the slurry supplied from the slurry production device 64 into the slurry tank 66 through the bottom opening 83 and allowing the slurry equal to or more than a certain amount to overflow through the overflow opening 84. The mixed slurry is supplied to the fluidization process device 70 through a valve 85 provided at the bottom of the slurry tank 66.
