METHOD OF PRODUCING SEMICONDUCTOR CARBON NANOTUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing semiconductor carbon nanotubes.

SOLUTION: The method of producing the semiconductor carbon nanotubes comprises: a first step of depositing a catalyst precursor containing blood on a substrate; a second step of forming an oxide of iron by removing organic substances contained in the catalyst precursor and oxidizing the iron contained in the blood; a third step of forming iron nano-particles by reducing the oxide of iron; and a fourth step of producing the semiconductor carbon nanotubes using the iron nano-particles as a catalyst.
