<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by which a high-purity phosphate diester salt which substantially contains no impurities can be obtained in high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The production method for the phosphate diester salt is characterized in that a phosphate triester (A) represented by formula (1): (R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-O)(R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-O)(R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>-O)P=O (wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>may be the same or different 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, and two or more groups of R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>may bind to each other to form a cyclic structure) and a secondary amine (B) represented by (R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>)(R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>)NH (wherein R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>-R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>may be the same or different 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>may bind to each other to form a cyclic structure) are reacted in the absence of water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
