摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which light extraction efficiency is improved, and luminance unevenness and flicker are decreased. <P>SOLUTION: The display device is composed of a plurality of pixels, and each pixel in the plurality of pixels includes a light emission layer, a diffraction grating having an in-plane refraction index distribution, and an intermediate layer arranged between the light emission layer and the diffraction grating and composed of at least one or more layers.
