PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring that can reduce vibration transmissibility, even in a low frequency band in the vicinity of the resonance frequency of a system.
SOLUTION: The friction generation section 21 is formed at a body 10 of the spring 1. The friction generation section 21 protrudes towards a base 112, and a gap with a spacing of h is formed between the bottom end of the friction generation section 21 and the base 112. With the spring 1, there is a large bending in the low frequency band in the vicinity of the resonance frequency of the system, unlike the case of a high frequency band. For example, when the contact section of a first tubular section 11 is moved a predetermined amount in the direction of pressing force (when the spring 1 has bent a predetermined amount), as shown in Fig.3, the friction generation section 21 contacts the base 112. In the spring 1, the spring constant increases discontinuously in the low frequency band in the vicinity of the resonance frequency of the system. Friction is generated by the sliding of the friction generation section 21 against the base 112, and hysteresis loss is generated.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
