<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that half-of-the-body bathing during conventional bathing in a general home is conducted in a bathtub with hot water at an appropriate temperature and in appropriate quantity, resulting in a decrease of the temperature of the hot water in the bathing to cool the body and in a demand for additional hot water and heating to make it up, making power expenses increased and inefficient to cause the half of the body daily and easily bathing to be difficult. <P>SOLUTION: Providing the bathtub cover with a changeable cover enables the half of the body to be simply bathed in hot water inside the bathtub at an appropriate temperature under the bathtub being covered with the bathtub cover and the changeable cover raised up and under the lower half of the body being inside the bathtub in appearances of the face and the head with appropriate adjustments. The whole of the bathtub cover assisting a cover function is able to keep heat of the hot water. A dedicated device for the half of the body bathing is unsuitable for general homes from a price, a size, weight, specialized knowledge required, an installing place, or the like.
