<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, as for the fans distributed to an unspecified number of participants in an event, even though fans having an entertaining element could not only cool the participants off but also entertain the participants rather than fans just for the purpose of cooling off, fans having an expensive structure are costly and not suitable for the distribution in large quantities in an event. <P>SOLUTION: Fans are provided which are inexpensive but have entertaining property. At a usual fan body 1, a rocking part 3 is attached by using a part 2; thereby, the rocking part 3 has mobility owing to this structure.
