<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tee batting stand device constituted to smoothly raise and lower a tee according to a batter's preference in tee batting and to facilitate and ensure holding after the height adjustment of the tee. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of the tee 1 for placing a ball 4 made of a flexible material includes projecting shape 1a, and an outer enclosure member 2 made of a hard material to surround the tee 1 with the projecting shape 1a includes a contact surface 2a for receiving the projecting shape 1a of the soft material. The tee 1 with the projecting shape 1a is rotated either to the right or left.
