<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washing machine configured such that an inspection lamp is not lit again after the inspection of long term use is completed. <P>SOLUTION: There is provide the dish washing machine, when it is determined, on the basis of information relating to the process and state of operation stored in a memory unit 23, that an operation time period longer than a first predetermined time period has elapsed, the control unit provides display for inspection on the display unit 7, the display informing that the time at which the dish washing machine needs to be inspected has come. A control unit 21 updates the information relating to the process and state of operation which is stored in the memory unit 23 at the time of the inspection.
