<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable radio communication in an ad-hoc radio communication system even in a case where large-scale failure occurs to affect the whole wireless communication system used. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 100, an access point 200 and relay stations (300A to 300C) each have a plurality of radio systems installed therein, and notify a coordinator 400 for determining a communication path in a network of communication path information 500 obtained by measuring conditions of communication paths around themselves respectively. The coordinator 400 grasping the communication path status sets a plurality of routes by the plurality of radio systems between the terminal 100 and the access point 200, and instructs the respective relay sections which radio system is used in each relay section for communication.
