PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling a touch screen, the electronic device including the same, and a recording medium therefore are provided to rapidly and intuitionally perform various tasks according to a touch and dragging direction using the gesture of a user. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensor(120) detects a simultaneous touch point at two or more multi points on a touch screen. A memory unit(130) stores an object which is selected according to the first dragging of two touch points. A controller(140) performs a command about an object according to a second dragging which is the opposite direction of the first dragging. The command is a paste command about the object. The first dragging is the pinch gesture of two fingers. The second dragging is the unpinch gesture of two fingers.
