PURPOSE: An asymmetrical guide fan for improving propulsion efficiency of a stator is provides to minimize dissymmetric phenomenon by increasing a flow rate of the water flowing in a propeller. CONSTITUTION: An asymmetrical guide fan for improving propulsion efficiency of a stator is attached to front top one side of a ship stern stator. The length(a) of the guiding member is longer than 11% of the length of the ship and shorter than 15%. A maximum width of the guiding member is within 50% of a diameter of a propeller. A depth(c) of the guiding member is within 71~85% of the propeller diameter.
