PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing cells and fat-soluble materials through cell culture is provided to cheaply produce the cells and fat-soluble materials without a separate pretreatment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing cells and fat-soluble materials through cell culture comprises: a culture tank(10) for culturing cells; a solvent tank(20) for storing an extraciton solvent of fat soluble materials; a mixing tank(30) for mixing the fat-soluble materials and cell culture liquid; an aggregation tank(40) which comprises a ultrasonic wave resonance field generator(41) and aggregates cells; a cell-containing device(80) for receiving or treating the cells; and a fat-soluble material-containing device(90) for receiving or treating the fat-soluble material-solvent.
