<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision avoidance support apparatus capable of achieving proper collision avoidance support in response to collision avoidance behavior of a driver. <P>SOLUTION: The collision avoidance support apparatus includes: a vehicle velocity sensor 1 detecting an own-vehicle velocity V; a laser radar 4, a camera 5, and image processing device 6 detecting an obstacle moving state (moving velocity Vp) that is a motion in an X direction of the obstacle (direction crossing the own-vehicle traveling direction); and a weighting setting part 11a setting weighting of brake avoidance control and steering avoidance control on the basis of the own-vehicle velocity V and the obstacle moving state (moving velocity Vp). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
