<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water mat which can reduce equipment expenses such as mold to reduce a manufacturing cost of a hot water mat by molding a mat body for a wooden small floor beam and for no floor beam, and can cope with diversification of installation conditions by forming one sheet of hot water mat into two colors of the wooden small floor beam-containing type and no floor beam type, and to provide a method of manufacturing the hot water mat. <P>SOLUTION: The mat body 2 with a small floor beam assembling groove 6 and a piping-storing groove 4 is molded by filling foaming resin h from a cylinder d and a gate e into a cavity c provided with protrusion parts f, g for forming the small floor beam assembling groove 6 and the piping-storing groove 4. Thereon, a foaming resin small floor beam 7a molded by foaming the same resin as the mat body 2 with the same conditions is assembled into the small floor beam assembling groove 6 to form the mat body for no floor beam. Otherwise, the mat body is formed for flooring or cork floor by assembling the wooden small floor beam 7. Otherwise, by assembling the wooden small floor beam 7 and the foaming resin small flooring beam 7a in one sheet of mat body 2, a part of the mat body is formed into no floor beam and another part is formed into hard type of wooden floor or the like to respond to diversification of the floor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
