<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a computer in which software is illegally installed at an early stage. <P>SOLUTION: An asset management system and a communication control system such as an e-mail are coordinated with each other. When the e-mail that is to be an object of communication control by the communication control system has an attached file, it is determined whether or not software for editing the attached file is installed in a computer from which the e-mail is transmitted without impropriety, according to software asset management information managed by the asset management system.
