<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a solution to the problem of difficulty in showing a momentary position relative to noon. <P>SOLUTION: An AM/PM indicator board 1 comprises two different faces 3 and 4 turning around a rotational axis 2 on a daily basis and disposed side by side. Each of these faces is partitioned by two boundary curves 7 and 8 that are in contact with an outer circumference 6 in a tangential direction, are between a hub 5 of the indicator board 1 and the outer circumference 6, and form concaves from the outer circumference 6 toward the hub 5; the concaves of the curves 7 and 8 are in the same direction as viewed in the rotational direction A of the indicator board 1; and any radial straight lines stemming from the axis 2 consecutively crosses one and then the other of the two faces, and passes only one of the curves 7 and 8 between the hub 5 and the outer circumference 6. The invention also relates to an AM/PM indicator device including openings and the indicator board 1, in which the rotational axis 2 is positioned outside the openings that are symmetric to each other with respect to an axis of symmetry passing the rotational axis 2.
