PURIFIED WATER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified water manufacturing apparatus, achieved by combining an RO (Reverse Osmosis Membrane) apparatus and an EDI (Electro Deionization) processing apparatus, and maintaining the same purity as that at the outlet of the EDI processing apparatus when EDI processed water is collected to be used, and a method of using the same.

SOLUTION: A first water storage tank 11 storing water processed by the RO apparatus 10 and a second water storage tank 13 storing water processed by the EDI apparatus 12 are partitioned from each other by a partition wall 2. The inflow quantity (V1) of the processed water from the EDI apparatus 12 to the second water storage tank 13 and the collection quantity (V2) of the EDI processed water from the second water storage tank 13 are adjusted so that the EDI processed water in the second water storage tank 13 is always in contact with a ceiling surface 13a, thereby preventing gas from dissolving into the EDI processed water.
