PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to freely set a communication destination to which occurrence of a suspicious call is to be reported.

SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: storage means for storing information on the communication destination; acquisition means for acquiring a word included in the voice presently spoken by a telephone subscriber; keyword detection means for detecting correspondence of the word acquired by the acquisition means to a keyword for identifying predetermined suspicious telephone; communication means for communicating with a communication destination terminal corresponding to the information on the communication destination on condition that the word acquired by the acquisition means corresponds to the keyword for identifying the predetermined suspicious telephone; reception means for receiving input of the information on the communication destination from the telephone subscriber; and registration means for registering, to the storage means, the information on the communication destination received by the reception means.
