<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester film suitable for an optical film such as a touch panel, wherein hydrolysis resistance is improved, intensity is prevented from degrading after the ultraviolet ray emission, and yellowing is prevented from occurring, without deteriorating work environment. <P>SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester film comprises: an aliphatic polyester resin; an ultraviolet absorber having maximum absorption wavelength of 260-320 nm; and at least a cyclic structure that has one carbodiimide group.
