<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder and a file which can be handled in a simple manipulating manner. <P>SOLUTION: This binder 1, which is a constituent part of a file F, comprises three parts as an integral resin molded object, that is, a base 2, a first press plate 3 and a second press plate 4, all being put together in place. In addition, the binder 1 is equipped with the base 2, a first press part 32 arranged on the first press plate 3, a second press part 41 arranged on the second press plate 4, an interlock mechanism which can make an interlocking of the operations of the press parts 32 and 41, and an operating part 31 which is arranged on the first press part 32 side and can be operated to switch from a binding position to a retreating position only by press operation in a specified direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
