<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for using a cyclic olefin resin in a field in which very high heat resistance is required (for example, a field requiring cyclic olefin resin with glass transition point of 210°C or more). <P>SOLUTION: The principal component of the cyclic olefin resin layer is made cyclic olefin resin with glass transition point of 210°C or more by taking a constitution to arrange a cyclic olefin resin layer for at least part of a surface of the molding which is made by molding thermoplastic resin composition.
