<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device capable of preventing damages to a workpiece in the process of clamping the workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The clamping device includes: a connecting member; and a clamping assembly connected to the connecting member, and including a body having a mounting hole and a positioning shaft placed in the mounting hole. The positioning shaft includes: a shaft sleeve with an elastic washer and receiving holes placed therein; a positioning pin and a movable pin slidably placed in the shaft sleeve; and balls placed in the receiving holes. One end of the positioning pin is in touch with the movable pin, and the other end of the positioning pin is exposed from the shaft sleeve. A side wall of the mounting hole in the body is provided with an engaging concave, and the movable pin drives the balls so as to make the balls engage with the engaging concave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
