The present invention provides a portable terminal having a haptic module in which a piezoelectric element is mounted on a hinge unit elastically supporting a touch pad, so that it is possible to more precisely operate a haptic feedback added to the touch pad and it is possible to locally control a haptic feedback exhibited on the touch pad. According to the present invention, the portable terminal having a haptic module comprises: a main body; a touch pad which is included in the main body to recognize a touch of a user; a vibration stage which is disposed between the main body and the touch pad and has a hinge unit upwardly elastically supporting the touch pad; a piezoelectric element which is mounted on the hinge unit, and, when power is applied, wrap-deforms the hinge unit to generate a vibration on the touch pad.
